Total-T Group Fitness will help you lose fat and improve your fitness level. The program combines cardiovascular, strength training and flexibility in one efficient and effective workout.

Using Dumbbells, Bands, Stability Balls, The BOSU, Fitness Boxing, Medicine Balls, The Step, Thai-Chi, Pilates, Yoga and more.

The format is challenging and fun. Designed for all fitness levels.
